Item half one lott of salt meddow att the hundred acrees; Containing 4 acrees more or lesse; alsoe 2 acrees and a quarter of Fresh meddow lying and being neare deare hill; alsoe 30 acrees of land more or lesse lying att the Raged plaine; more 10 acrees of land neare Mr Brownes pond; 8 acrees of land att Wachamaucutt necke; more 6 acrees of land which formerly was Thomas hitts and halfe an hundred pounds Comonage; all which land and meddow; and Comonage not prised was Giuen to Iohn Read by his father; To him and his heires for euer; onely the said Iohn Reads Mother; if shee please is to haue the third of it dureing the tearme of her life after the decease of her husband; 46 00 00
